The Blind Faith CrossFit Program

Our flagship CrossFit Program is the result of our prestigious partnership with PRVN. As a PRVN Affiliate Gym, we are proud to offer elite, world-class programming to every member.
 

This programming is globally trusted and locally adapted by our Head Coach, Lauren Wiggins (CFL2). Every workout is intentionally designed to deliver the signature Blind Faith experience, with purpose, progress, and performance at the core.

The PRVN Training Method Delivers:

  • Programming tested by CrossFit and HYROX World Champion and PRVN Founder, Tia-Clair Toomey

  • Six comprehensive training modules licensed by Blind Faith CrossFit to develop both CrossFit and HYROX athletes

  • Progressive, rotational strength cycles

  • Three general levels included in every workout

  • Masters and Competitor levels included in every workout

  • Accessory and skill work included daily

  • Clear, specific intended stimulus for every session

  • Monthly programming focuses and performance goals
