Friends and Family Events
Movie nights, community workouts, holiday parties, seasonal events like the Spooky Spectacular, and Friends and Family Week where guests can try the gym free for a week.

Summer Fun Programs
Summer daytime activities include sports skills, water fun, obstacle challenges, and “choice time” for kids to explore their own fitness interests under staff supervision.

CrossFit and Hyrox Youth Competitions
Weekend competitions that encourage teamwork, discipline, and a healthy competitive spirit. Events follow CrossFit and Hyrox formats. Medals are earned, not given, but fun is guaranteed. See the Events Page for upcoming dates.

Welcome to the Blind Faith CrossFit Kids Program
At Blind Faith CrossFit, we help kids grow stronger, healthier, and more confident while having a ton of fun.
Our award-winning programs blend fitness, education, and play in a safe, encouraging environment. Whether your child is a toddler, teen, or somewhere in between, we have classes and events for them and for you.

Explore Our Kids and Family Programs
From weekly fitness classes to special events and seasonal activities, Blind Faith CrossFit offers something for every child, teen, and family. Each program is designed to build strength, confidence, and community while making fitness fun and engaging for all ages.
CrossFit Kids Class
Ages: 4–12
Length: 60 minutes
Cost: $20 per class*
Fun, high-energy classes that include a warm-up, skill instruction, a kid-friendly WOD (Workout of the Day), and a game or obstacle course.
CrossFit Family Class
Ages: 4+
Length: 60 minutes
Cost: $25 for parent and child*
Designed so kids, teens, and parents can work out together. Partner-style workouts, warm-ups, and games make this perfect for families who want to make the most of their time. Great for those not quite ready for adult CrossFit classes.
*Sibling discounts and Family Patriot Packs (class packs) available.
Parents Night Out
Ages: 4+
Length: 3 hours (6–9 PM)
Cost: $40 per child*
Parents enjoy a quiet evening while kids enjoy exercise, games, crafts, snacks, obstacle courses, and a movie. Offered year-round on select Fridays or Saturdays.

Homeschool Academic Enrichment Programs
Our hands-on S.T.E.A.M. programs include Viking boat building, rocket launches, YouTube studio design, historical reenactments, and environmental studies of the Quinnipiac River, wetlands, and salt marsh. Programs also include fitness, story time with The Blind Bard, and seasonal offerings.
