What is PRVN Training?
PRVN is a comprehensive strength and conditioning system designed for all fitness levels. It blends strength, conditioning, skill progressions, and mobility into a clear plan. Each day has intent, each cycle builds on the last, and every member gets options that fit their current level.
Founded by Shane Orr and elite CrossFit athlete Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr, PRVN was created to bring championship-level programming to athletes everywhere. With a proven track record at the highest levels of the sport, PRVN delivers results whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time or chasing the podium.

CrossFit Track
Daily strength, skill, and conditioning with PRVN progressions. Expect barbell lifts, gymnastics skills, engine intervals, and mixed-modal metcons—scaled for all levels.
Hyrox Track
Race-focused training that builds sled power, carry strength, and steady engine capacity. Sessions blend run intervals, sled work, rowing, ski, wall balls, and bodyweight durability.

The Six PRVN Programs Licensed by Blind Faith CrossFit
We offer world class training programs with options for everyone. Most programs are offered in our class schedule and are made available in our group coaching classes to all members. Some programs are specialty offerings and are available periodically or can be purchased and explored during our Open Gym hours.
PRVN Affiliate
This is our core program that delivers both CrossFit & Hyrox Group Training & General Physical Preparedness (GPP). The goal is to provide efficient 60-minute sessions that help athletes of all levels improve their technique, efficiency and overall fitness while building resilience and reducing injury rates.
PRVN Compete
This is a complete program developed for athletes aspiring to excel in the sport of fitness either through CrossFit or Hyrox. Compete consists of three levels: Level 1 Intermediate (Opens/Local Competitions/Fitness Enthusiasts); Level 2 Intermediate/Advanced (Aspiring Regional Athletes) & Level 3 Advanced (Regional/CrossFit Games/Hyrox World Athletes). Compete focuses on sharpening skills, building endurance and elevating performance across the season.
PRVN Olympic Lifting
Olympic lifts like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk are regularly incorporated into workouts and technique work. The program develops strength and power to handle heavier loads for multiple reps.
PRVN Gymnastics
This program focuses on high-level movements, positions and body shapes. The training includes muscle-up progressions, high-level gymnastics under fatigue and drills to improve skills like handstand walks.
PRVN Pump
This is a three day per week, classic bodybuilding program designed to build muscle, enhance aesthetics and strengthen ligaments and joints. Pump is a perfect supplement to our core program and can serve as a break from the high volume, high intensity work and for those wanting to build muscle and put on size with gains in lean muscle mass.
PRVN Burn
This twice per week program builds the aerobic engine, enhances base level fitness and boost stamina, aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. It features high-output, accessible workouts without complex skill requirements. Burn improves cardiovascular health and creates more efficient energy systems like lactate threshold, VO2 Max and aerobic threshold.

How Classes Run

Coach-led warm up that preps the exact joints and patterns you will use

Strength or skill with percentages, rep targets, and scaling options

Conditioning piece with a clear stimulus and time domain 
- 
Cool down and mobility so you recover well and keep training consistently 
Training intent is posted for every session so you know when to push, when to cruise, and how to pick the right option

Wednesday mixed-modal conditioning and pull strength.
Thursday Hyrox training, aerobic intervals and core strength.
Friday benchmark or partner workout.
Saturday Olympic Lifting, CrossFit Metcon with Barbell Focus & Partner Interval Workout
Sunday Hyrox skill and strategy or long team workout.
Open Gym blocks for skill practice and individual work.
Exploration of the additional PRVN licenses and complete programs purchased by Blind Faith CrossFit including: The Compete Program, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Pump (Classic Bodybuilding) & Burn (Aerobic Conditioning).
