Welcome to Blind Faith CrossFit. By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, or participating in our programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Services

  • Memberships, packages, and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Members must complete a waiver before participating in any class, program, or event.

  • Class schedules and coaches are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for behavior that is unsafe or disruptive.

2. Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in our activities.

  • Inform coaches of any injuries or health conditions before starting a session.

  • Follow all safety instructions, posted gym rules, and coach guidance.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Recurring memberships will be billed automatically on the agreed schedule.

  • It is your responsibility to update payment information to avoid interruptions.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is paid.

4. Cancellations & Holds

  • Membership cancellation or hold requests must be submitted in writing according to our membership policy.

  • Drop-in fees and single-class purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Website & Online Content

  • All website content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Blind Faith CrossFit and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its security or functionality.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in Blind Faith CrossFit programs, you understand and accept the risks involved in physical exercise. You release Blind Faith CrossFit, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
