Learn CrossFit the Right Way—With Expert Coaching and a Personalized Plan

Our CrossFit Foundations Program is the perfect way to start your fitness journey. Designed for beginners, this three-session intro course teaches you the fundamentals of CrossFit in a safe, supportive environment.

Whether you're brand new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, you’ll build the strength, confidence, and technique to transition into our group classes with ease.

Start Your Fitness Journey with Our CrossFit Foundations Program
What’s Included in the Foundations Course:

3 one-on-one or small group training sessions

Practice sessions and mini Workouts of the Day (WODs)​

60–75 minutes per session​

Intro to the Wodify app to track your progress and workouts​

Instruction on CrossFit movements, class structure, and proper form​

A complete foundation in CrossFit methodology

What You’ll Learn in Our Beginner CrossFit Program:
  • The 9 Foundational CrossFit Movements

  • Olympic and power lifts (squat, deadlift, press, snatch, clean & jerk)

  • Gymnastics and bodyweight skills

  • How metabolic conditioning (MetCon) builds endurance and burns fat

  • Functional accessory exercises for strength and injury prevention

  • CrossFit lingo and how our classes are structured

  • How to track your performance using Wodify
