Whether you're brand new to fitness or just new to CrossFit, you’ll build the strength, confidence, and technique to transition into our group classes with ease.

What’s Included in the Foundations Course:
3 one-on-one or small group training sessions
Practice sessions and mini Workouts of the Day (WODs)
60–75 minutes per session
Intro to the Wodify app to track your progress and workouts
Instruction on CrossFit movements, class structure, and proper form
A complete foundation in CrossFit methodology
