Blind Faith CrossFit is proud to host the CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course this December — a foundational training weekend for athletes, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts who want to deepen their understanding of CrossFit methodology and movement.
Becoming a host site for CrossFit is a significant honor, and we’re proud to represent the Northeast as an official seminar location. This will be our third time welcoming CrossFit HQ’s world-class Level 4 Seminar Staff (the “Red Shirts”), who travel from around the world to teach and certify the next generation of CrossFit coaches.
Over the course of two days, you’ll learn directly from these expert trainers through classroom sessions, movement instruction, breakout groups, and live workouts.
