Join us for our annual Memorial Day Murph as we come together to honor and remember.

What is Murph?

Murph is a classic CrossFit Hero workout performed in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan.

The workout includes:

• 1 mile run

• 100 pull-ups

• 200 push-ups

• 300 air squats

• 1 mile run


Traditionally, it is done wearing a weighted vest, but that is completely optional.

This workout is meant to challenge you physically and mentally while giving us a moment to reflect on those who have served and sacrificed.


All Levels Welcome

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or brand new, there are scaling options for every movement so everyone can participate.
